Been having a few snow Flurries since yesterday afternoon. But not heavy enough for anybody to change the "Weather Banner" to Snow. I think they have it locked on Cloudy.

-0.2C at 8.25am, light snow, couple of cm on the ground, but I doubt we'll get the accumulations they've had up north. I'm not complaining for 23rd March though!

Tomorrow could be a very interesting "spring" day if the forecasts for London are right.

Yes, we have a high of 0C forecast for Hampstead. To get our latest-ever ice day on 11th March was surreal enough; I'm not getting my hopes up too much but to get one on 24th March when the average is 11C would be one of the biggest statistical flukes ever!

Well its still snowing and has been snowing for over 48 hours now.
The snow on the hills is at least 2 foot level. I missed out on alot of snow. The temperature here has not exceeded 1c in two days. If it was below 0c in those two days I can guarantee you that i'd have at least 1 foot of snow. It really is sods law.

0.5c

Light snow.

So?

We did get snow. The temperature just stalled at 0.5c for the whole night. Which mean't that nothing accumulated.

If you look at the upper air pattern you can kinda see why.

At one point I had -2c uppers.

And if you look on the ni netweather thread you will see that its mostly eastern people who have loads of snow. Infact like the last event it is concentrated around Belfast.
