Incredible, the temperature here didn't rise above 5°C at the "maximum" of the day. 4°C below the averages for january! The Loire Valley has been almost the coldest area of France today! Even Paris or Alsace were warmer...
3c and very rainy. In the last few months we've been getting way too much precipitation so right now the water just stays on the surface. In the same time last year it was 20c and everything was green already, unlike now. The few trees that grew leaves are shedding them.
50 F/10 C and overcast at 12:20PM - clear skies to overcast once again. Not that I'm complaining. I like some morning sun followed by an overcast afternoon.
