Maybe not in the Midlands, but in the SE those temps would be nothing out of the ordinary in July.
It's mostly cloudy and 19C here after an evening thunderstorm and high of 28C.
25-27 is abover average for july anywhere in UK. east midlands where i live also get some days with temps over 27 (it reched 27 this past september) but its not often, most of time its 18-22 and then ocasionally hitting 25-28
Spring is in Full Swing here in Miami. it is currently a pleasantly warm 84F(29c) With a Dew Point 74F (23.4c) with Mostly Cloudy skies. Humidity is 74% with a gentle breeze out of the east at 9mph, and as always I leave you with a live look at Miami.
Wow, a humid 29°C being called pleasantly warm goes to show how much people's perceptions differ. For me that number would be around 17°C. 29°C is involuntary sauna and I hate saunas. It was a sunny 12°C yesterday and it felt a bit too hot when playing basketball in a T-shirt.
