My favourite month for weather is whichever one is outperforming its averages in recent years (say over the last 5), these necessarily including the most recent case. I uses a simple criterion which gives a score for temperatures, rainfall (total and # of days) and sunshine. Similarly for the least favourite month. Currently March is doing best with 5 consecutive better than average efforts, while June has had 3 poor ones in a row.

Your seasonality is that low that you can't say that one month will almost always be better than another?

I was talking in relative terms, ie allowing for the season itself. In absolute terms, Jan-Feb are warmest and relatively sunniest and driest, so they win. July is coolest and equal wettest, but brighter than June, so I rate June narrowly lowest and July 2nd lowest.
I notice anomalies quite strongly, so that if a month is doing better than the average expectation, that's a positive and a mood-lifter for me.
Prior to 2007, July and August would have topped January and February for me, but not anymore, but to be honest I don't really dislike any month of the year that much, all months are comfortable.
Why did July/August go from being your most liked to least liked months?
Dec-Feb are the best-SUMMER.
May is the worst- but it's still okay.
Prior to 2007, summer storms were fairly common while snowfall was common, but not as much as most of the 80's, so I enjoyed summer more then winter simply because impressive thunderstorms were more common then impressive snowfall.. completely the opposite now it seems though.. now July end especially August are fairly bland, dull and not very eventful.. if I could combine the two then I'd be pretty happy all year!
Which months do you like/hate the most weatherwise where you live?
My least preferred month in Paris would be March. The hope for a noticeable chilly spell vanishes, warm days are rare and thunderstorms are weak if any occurs. This month is also the second driest after February with only 47 mm. I would love to live a March 1946 bis, when 40 cm of snow fell in one day, but apart from this particular one, March is completely forgettable.
To elect my favourite month would be trickier. Maybe July? Or January if cold? October is up there aswell if autumn colours qualify as part of the "weather". Overall I would say July because it feels more reliably warm to me than January is chilly in my part of the world.
Interesting. From my experience in Paris (more limited than yours obviously because I only spent a few years there), I appreciated March a lot as it was the first real relief from winter. I always recall it being a quite sunny month, and there are some impressively mild days.
I've always been amazed by Paris's mild spells in spring. If you look at the data for the past 10 years, there's frequently a couple of days in March when temperature rises to 18/20°C or more ! (22°C in 2011, 20°C in 2010, 23°C (!) in 2005, etc.) which is quite amazing for a late winter/early spring month at almost 50°N.
If you look closely, you will see that Paris has a much higher chance of having a truly warm spring day than Nice (and conversely, a crappy wintry day). Nice doesn't usually get above 20°C before late April. Paris does it mid/late March, and can get well over 25°C in April.
This is a truly interesting feature of Paris' springs IMO.
