The summers are very nice but the winters are a bit too chilly and I typing this with the assumption that it can be very windy to accompany those temperatures, I could be wrong and it might change my mind. Also, I'm assuming it's extremely sunny which is a positive with those temperatures.

Nice seasonal temp variation. Summers could be a bit warmer but winter temps look almost perfect. Very low summer precip which is also nice but not nearly enough over the rest of the year.
