Easternmost semi-arid: San Antonio, Austin and Corpus Christi (all are still too wet)
Westernmost humid: Abilene, Texas

EDIT: I think Tucson Arizona can fit the "westernmost humid" as well due its mild monsoon season in the summer which sees some heavy rainfall and very hot weather at the same time...
