Can be interchanged between metric and imperial measurements.
This is one of the so-called mild desert climates, rainfall is negligible, sunshine hours are an acceptable 2400 hours +, reduced due to ocean fog.
Ocean temperatures are a little on the cool side.
Not totally fussed on the spring temps, especially September being the same as August.
Nevertheless this climate demands an A from me, as it is a temperate climate at a tropical latitude.
The effect of the Benguela current is evident here. I give this a B+. Temps are endlessly mild and comfortable. I don't imagine I'd be doing much swimming though.
I'm not sure what I'd give this really, like a dry English summer all year round. Sounds very comfortable in theory but boring in practice, plus I wouldn't like the arid landscapes. If I never wanted to see cold weather again I'd prefer a tropical highland climate or somewhere like Port Elizabeth or Whangarei to this. I'll give it a B anyway.
I shall give this an E/F (preferably an E). It's way too dry, too 'warm' year round, too sunny, and too dull with hardly anything interesting weatherwise..
Pleasant but too cool and far too dry. I'd never feel winter, but missing real summer is a tough trade, especially with the omnipresent dry.
I far prefer the climates farther north, where the current still delivers a cooler, dry season but rain happens, like in northern Angola and thereabouts.
C. Nice temps, but 20mm of rainfall just isn't acceptable.
