Anchorage, with Juneau a close second. I like the longer lasting winter and sunnier/drier summers.

Juneau - Pretty much my dream climate. Summers could be a tad warmer, but it's a much better than baking in the lower 48.

I vote for Juneau because it is the mildest out of all the options listed.
I also actually like the annual precipitation amount for Juneau, but I do prefer if the summers there were warmer/sunnier/and drier. Overall, Juneau gets a C-/D+.

Fairbanks, Anchorage, and Barrow are too cold for too long and also too dry annually. In my opinion, those 3 places have F- climates.

However, out of all of the places in Alaska, Ketchikan has my favorite climate and I give that a C/C-. Ketchikan was not in the poll options, though.

Barrow's climate has no redeeming qualities.

The wiki page claims it's one of the cloudiest in the world, but Cold Bay record much more cloudy days. Barrow has more clear days in the winter, given the short (or nonexistent) winter daylight, the total hours must be low.
