Not very pleasant. Slightly too hot in summer, far too cold in winter. D+

Summer temperatures can get higher than 115F. Much too far south in latitude to be desirable given how far it is from any large body of water.

Its prone to tornadoe's, on the windy plains, yet called Stillwater.

I guess the towns founders had a sense of irony!

Winters are a little chilly, but not too savage, but summers are diabolical.

I give it a C.

C. Hotter than I like in summer, but the rest of the year is good. Summer rainfall is good.

Summers too hot and it's presumably sunny (more than 60% sunshine I imagine). Winters acceptably cool.

Though the average winter highs are benign, keep in mind the weather can be quite changeable.
