Hey bro, you are wrong wrong wrong .There are parts of Osoyoos that average highs 88 in July and August. The different temperatures are from different locations. Maybe the 84F avg high was recorded in a shady area. I would bet my life point blank that the average high in Osoyoos in July is 88
That post is from 2011, the average high he was quoting was from the 1971-2000 normals as the 1981-2010 ones hadn't been published yet. And official Environment Canada temperature readings are in fact done in the shade.
Overton, Nevada ....average July high 42C / 107.7F is northeast of Las Vegas.
Mesquite, Nevada...average July high 42.8C / 109F is even farther north,
it is at 36' 49" N
Bruneau, Idaho ...average July high 34.9C / 94.8F almost makes it,
I'm mentioning it because it is at 42' 52" N ....much farther north than Moab, Utah
Impressively warm climate for NA, farther north than Omaha, Chicago, and Boston,
average annual temp 55F and it's at elevation 2,549 ft ASL.
Awesome sand dunes and deep canyon nearby too.
Ash-croft, BC at almost 51N is probably the farthest north for over 30C average warmest months highs,
unfortunately no recent reliable data, I've seen old 1941-1970 normals indicating avg over 86F / 30C.
Nearby Spences Bridge, BC does have 1981-2010 normals indicating avg July high 29.6C,
Ash-croft is drier, in fact driest place in southern Canada, less than 200 mm annual precip,
so it probably has slightly warmer average summer highs than Spences Bridge.
As for farthest north in North America with a month with highs averaging over 25C ....
Langham, Saskatchewan is farther north than Saskatoon,
it has an average July high of 25.2C
Also in the running are Stuie, BC .....average July high also 25.2C
It is also a lot milder too, average annual temp 8.1C / 47F
Williams Lake, BC probably wins....average July high 25.8C
That is the city "river" weather station....not the airport.
The airport data is misleading, much higher elevation,
at over 3,000 ft / 1000 m ....actual city elevation is 1,900 ft
Northernmost above 35 C in North America may well be Happy Camp, shielded from the maritime winds by high mountains at 41.47 N if Bruneau can't make it.
Located 40 + miles inland east of Crescent City in Northern California it is a perfect example of what I call a climatic hinterland.

As for farthest north place with warmest month average high above 20C....
Old Crow probably is it.
Only other area that has a chance to beat it is MacKenzie River valley in NWT,
Fort Macpherson has average July high of 20.2C but at 67' 23" N
Inuvik, NWT is farther north at 68' 18" N but doesn't quite make it at 19.5C

Ashcroft has had a new station since 2010... average over 30 over that time.
36.9ºC (98,4F) is the average of July of 1981-2010 period, but if we take 1990-2015 period, the average exceds 38ºC (100,4F).
Probably not the warmest on it's latitude (37º53'N) but it's extremely hot on European standards. Siberia, China, etc got that incredible hot on summers because they're hundreds of miles from the sea/ocean. Cordoba is just 150km (93 miles) on a straight line (Turpan is thousands of kms from the nearest sea, as it's the central-south Siberia).
