C. Winters to cold. Summers are good. Sunshine year round is alright but could be better. Rainfall is perfectly adequate year round. Good climate but a little to continental for me. I wouldn't choose to live in Milan for the climate, but I hear it's a beautiful city anyway?
I wouldn 't say that summers in Milan are dry every summer month has >60 mm of precipitation and on average 20 - 21 wet days >1mm and think that Italy is under the influence of Meditteranean Sea. So for its position has nice precipitation and high humidity.
This is surprising looking at the chart. The storms must not occur very often, rain not even once a week in the summer?
Based only on the data I rate it an E. Cold depressing winters and summer too dry.
I went there last year in July and it was hot and sticky (temps 30-34C and lows 19-24C) and there were a few storms at night. Come September when I was there again, I saw multiple spectacular storms in my week stay.. it was awesome
C. Decent for Italy, but still warmer than I like.
