F, only comfortable in March-May and September/October. Other months its a disaster

Interesting....
Summer is ver hot but not humid sunshine is alot rainfall is extremely low and winter is very cold.It must be dusty and the variations are too much.
Anyway I forgot to rate. I generally don't find climates good and not good but I'd give D
