Both horrific climates, but Reykjavik wins due to being vastly dryer (despite the much lower sunshine) given that the temps are very similar.

Assuming I was stuck there ( and couldn't slide down to pleasanter climates down-hill of Yushan ), Reykjavik for practical reasons ( I'm assuming a ton of rainy days in Yushan ).

Reykjavik, due to slightly warmer summers and a less insane amount of gloom. Yushan's a solid F. Reykjavik squeezes out a D-.

Both are terrible, but I choose Reykjavik because is warmer.

I prefer Reykjavik because Yushan may be dangerous for human skin because higher UV index all year round.
