C. I would love April through October. The winter is cold but beats a desert summer anytime.

B+. Slightly on the dry side. Temperatures are perfect, if a TAD chilly in the summer.

B - High humidity and possible excessive heat waves during summer. Also have no need for cold snaps touching 40 below in winter. Dfb bordering Dwb - not good. Rather see Dfb bordering Dsb.

What makes you say high humidity? Looking at the average lows it seems humidity isn't a problem.

C+ to differentiate it from subtropical Cs and four season Bs. Mostly too seasonal.

E. Ok summer, but too short and cool. Winter is awful. Just like the rest of Siberia it is an interesting climate though. But why write in Fahrenheit? 57 fahrenheit doesnt tell me anything. Use celsius like the rest of the world.
