What are your predictions on how hot and how much rain the NE will receive this year?

I think we will have a pretty hot and dry summer, although not as hot as the past two years (well, July that is). I'm basing my predictions on this past winter, but a mild winter doesn't necessarily mean a hot summer. However, I don't think that it's gonna cool down all of a sudden. We also haven't had a dry summer in a while I believe.
