May only running 0.007°C below average now. Avg high up to 14.4°C with 5 consecutive days exceeding 23°C (73°F). Of course, this will be our summer, and it will be 12-16°C very day with drizzle and wind until autumn begins.
Quick break from thunderstorms, then they begin again around 8 PM. Then another batch comes in at 11 PM. After that it's clear till Sunday afternoon when pop up thunderstorms form AGAIN
Another reason why I love spring/summer. Thunderstorms! Only problem though... large hail is always a threat...
Oppressive heat coming in tomorrow, 88 F and it's not even June yet! Nicely cooling down into the lower 70s later in the week though. And we're FINALLY not in drought anymore!!! Still abnormally dry, but more rain is coming this week to hopefully get rid of that as well.

My god seeing this picture came at the perfect time. Had a BBQ today, was outside for hours, instant migraine. I almost collapsed I was tired and head was POUNDING! Now inside my ice box and headache almost gone,. Its absoluetly disgusting living in this weather here. 5 more months.

It sounds like some of my experiences, especially with the barbecue angle. The appeal of such horrible weather for outdoor activities will forever elude true understanding on my part.

Our BBQ attire includes jackets, hats and gloves. Maybe some skiing tomorrow, the snow is piling up. So glad I'm not east of the Rockies. Heat makes me very grumpy.

It's supposed to be 91, but we're only at 79 right now... might only get up to 85 for today.
