Strange climate...

B since it has no dry season and typically comfortable temperatures with enough variation to not be too boring.

yay! Im glad Montevideo is having such great ratings. Honestly, i never thought this climate was so good, i thought it was more similar to BA since is in the exact same latitude and all, but i see summer temps are way more refreshing, and the climate is cool overall, plus, it haves the ocean and a breeze. Heck, this climate is almost great!

B-, not too different to some parts of Sydney (I give Sydney a C) but a tad cooler overall, especially in spring which I like, and summers while warmer than ideal are no worse than Sydney. Snow is practically unheard of but I'm guessing nearby places at elevation would get some each winter.

I was under the impression that Uruguay was fairly flat, with no mountains to speak of.

Summer isn't too hot, but winter is too warm. D- / F+ territory as far as temps go, dragging to F for humidity and precipitation.

I wonder what the records look like.
