For Perth, Western Australia 31.9523° S, 115.8613° E
Max monthly temp: 39°C
Min monthly temp: 11.1°C
Mean Max temp: 30.3°C (+3.7°C)
Mean Min temp: 17.1°C (+2.8°C)
Rainfall mm: 3.8mm (-21.5mm)
Rainy days >1mm: 2 days (-1.8 days)
Sunshine hours: 323.5 hours (+5.5 hours)
As you can see this month has been significantly warmer in Perth and drier than average. Very much a summer month all round with some brutally hot days which no doubt raised the monthly average. It was also significantly drier aswell so hoping we don't get many more bushfires this summer. Sunshine was pretty much bang on average which again for Perth is the most consistent aspect about it's climate. Really hope these significantly higher than average temperatures don't carry into summer which begins today.
For a handful of the Southeast US places I weather monitor, it was pretty close to normal temperature wise and somewhat variable rainfall wise. These are just the ones I have on hand: I may comment more data when I have it.
Charleston airport: Average high/low of 20.9C/8.8C this November with 62mm of rain and a highest/lowest temperature of 29C/1C. All close to the average of 20.8/8.4C with 68mm of rain and a highest/lowest temperature of 28C/0C.
Gainesville airport: Average high/low of 23.6/11.7C this November with 60mm of rain and a highest/lowest temperature of 32C/1C. All except rain total and monthly maximum close to the 23.7C/10.3C average with 45mm of rain and a highest/lowest temperature of 29.5/0.3C.
Tallahassee Challenger Learning Center: Average high/low of 21.7C/12.3C this November with 161mm of rain and a highest/lowest temperature of 29C/3.2C. All except rain total are close to the average of existing data starting for November in 2014 of 22.2/12.5C with 77mm of rain and a highest/lowest temperature of 28.6C/3.3C.

A cool November here, 0.6C (1.0F) below normal, the 13th warmest out of the 21 years of records for the Elora RCS station.
Relatively dry too, about 40% below normal. But with average snowfall of 5" *.
*the snowfall measurements are my own rather than from the official weather station which doesn't record snow. The next closest station does average 5" though.
Above average this month. Especially in terms of high temps and as well as sunshine. My nearest station here in the far southern outlying area of the Chicago metro had above average highs but below average minimum temps and actually ended up slightly below normal in the Mean for the month
Near normal temps in November - 0.2F warmer and 1.27" less precip than normal. This year November has both a cooler average and record low than January & February!
Quite cool to start the month then a warm spell followed. Then average to below average temps dominated the remainder of the month. Finally started getting some decent rainfall but still in exceptional drought. Severe storms in the area on November 20 with some weak tornadoes (EF-0 & EF-1). Also before then, I hadn't heard thunder since September.
