Option A for me. Although a tad chilly, it's the only one that features weather I would like for that time of year, as well as some snowfall. It's also the cloudiest of the three. Options B and C have maximum dew points that are way too high for my taste that early (really any time of year but especially that early). Option B also features a little bit of weather I'd prefer, but overall it's too humid and too prone to hot spells. Option A's sun spell late in the month is also a perfect taste of Spring, which in the kind of climate I like would come in May and June.

All but B look pretty bleak for April. I'd go with B anyday.

I'll go with B (this may shock some people).

A is a tad too cool for what should be the 2nd month of spring, highest max only 13C/55F. By then I'd like some 60's at least and an equal mix of pleasant warmth and cold. B meets this perfectly apart from that solitary 85F day which is a little too hot. C is too one dimensional- spring should be the most volatile part of the year.

I should note that Climate B's April, despite being the warmest of the lot, is a lot better than Sydney's October, which can feature mid 90's F heat (even 100F heat on occasion). Overnight temps are also a lot cooler.

Whoa me and FS agree on something :O.

On that note, let me explain myself .My preferences lean towards cool climates within the traditional four season regime. The upshot is that a moderate amount of warmth in mid summer (say consistent mid 70's to low 80's) without humidity is desired, followed by a steady cooling through autumn, a cold snowy winter and thence steady warming through spring.
