I'd choose the warmest average place on Mars over Vostok...IF Mars had the atmosphere of Earth.
Interestingly enough, given that the average spot on Mars has the same annual mean as Vostok (-67F), the hot spots of Mars would average warmer than Vostok Station. Trimac20 and his/her heat-loving cohorts would be better off there temperature-wise . Of course there's also the issue (aside from the air) of the much higher diurnal range on Mars, typically about 100F. Despite this during a summer heat wave in the low latitudes air temperatures can potentially rise up to 15 or 20C.
In an article I read once (I think in Astronomy Magazine), during those times one could open up the visor of one's spacesuit (provided one closes his/her eyes and holds his/her breath due to pressure and atmosphere) and listen to the sounds of an alien planet for a short time. The article also said that Mars is the only planet orbiting the Sun aside from Earth where one can do that.
Interestingly enough, the hottest temperatures ever seen on Mars are similar to my average summer highs in my dream climates. Of course on Mars it would usually go down to -40F at night even if it was 70F during the day, which my dream climate never does.

Third paragraph down says at 50km above the surface the temp range is about 0C-50C.
Upper atmospheric habitability is not definite, but it is probable. The highest altitude parts may be near freezing, and thus not all that inhospitable to someone like me, temperature-wise. The temperatures there would be certainly more hospitable than Earth's tropics.
Both are really dangerous places, but at least Vostok is livable (the proof is: people are there)
