For Sydney it really depends on the season.

Summer/Early autumn (December-early April): Partly cloudy with isolated showers, light-moderate seabreeze in the afternoon. Humid.
Late autumn (late April-May): Mostly fine. Light winds.
Winter/spring (June-September): Fine, mostly sunny. Moderate winds from the westerly quadrants.
Sprummer (October-November): Highly variable day to day, thus hard to pin down.

Note I am using my personal definition of Sydney's seasons .

Lol....December/April and June/September are nothing alike and they shouldn't even be grouped together!
