B- ... Overall comfortable year-round, but I imagine I'd feel damp and chilly too regularly during the "summer" months.

Year-round climates like this are great. Not perfect, but definitely my top choice if I had to choose a climate with no snow. B

Definitely not what I expected when I saw that this was in Sri Lanka. It's probably the best climate in the country. Nevertheless due to the lack of anything resembling a winter, with the merely warm summers taken into consideration, I give it a D-. Year-round mild climates get a C from me but this one's springtime afternoons are too warm to qualify.

Climates like these are among the best the tropics have to offer, which although still not much, is far better than the lowlands. There's also sort of an exotic appeal to have a strong tropical sun with such cool temperatures.

B-, comfortable year round but no seasonality. One point above Sydney because of the potential for frost. The best Sri Lanka has to offer though.

A-, pleasant enough for a tropical highland climate, a tad coolish but highly acceptable.
Yearly mean max is actually only 20C, not 22C as shown by wiki, so rating probably should be lowered closer to a B+.
Rainfall as expected for this part of the world.

D. Too wet and temperatures are too anemic. Feb-May are somewhat decent that is it.

C. Mild but boring. Low record highs, high rainfall, and low sunshine paint a dull picture to me.
