Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'm not sure why April averages 4cm and November averages zero for snowfall but that is what the JMA has.

Anyway, I was looking at the highest towns in the world by country and this place came up the highest for Japan (875m). Summer temps are similar to the Aomori area.

Summers on the warm side, but not unbearable. Rest of the year is nice. Rainfall and snowfall are sufficient. Sunshine hours are good.

Nice rainfall, temperatures and seasonal variation. Could do with a bit more sunshine but overall a very pleasant climate for me.

B-. Overall a nice climate. Main complaints are the balmy winter highs and the sunshine distribution. I would prefer winters much gloomier and summers much sunnier than this.

Fukijiwawnwwyayahama seems to have decent enough summers but winters suck, and it's cloudy. D.

B. Colder winters than I would like - verging on continental , but the rest is acceptable and summers not too hot.
