Again, London wins easily. Those tropical highland climates are borigness personified.

Bogota for me. There are only 3 months in which london is clearly superior to Bogota, the other 8 worse months are too high a price to pay for a good summer.

Bogota is similar to a cloudy April here.

Bogotá hands down... much warmer winters and London summers aren't that much better overall.

Bogota narrowly -the perennial spring climate is still on the fresh side for Bogota, though vastly superior to La Paz.
Yearly means would be ideal for an equatorial highland climate if 2-3C warmer, or a few hundred metres lower.
Despite London having some summer weather, it's yearly means and sunshine are poor.

London easily for the seasonality. Summer temps here are pretty much ideal for me, whilst winter features some snowfall (but admittedly erratic in most years). Shoulder seasons are pleasant too.

Bogota

I guess I could get used to the temps and once I've done that, living there would be okay, even if it is cooler than I'd like.

London, because it has seasonal variation, and can get decently hot in summer occasionally unlike Bogota.

Bogota. Pleasant temperatures all year round win, despite the gloominess and dampness.
