I'm going to try to make a climate where there are 4 distinct seasons every year. Winter lovers never have to worry about lack of consistent snow... summer lovers never have to worry about getting a cool, rainy summer. Spring lovers will have it get nice and warm quickly, and fall lovers will have it sunny and cool in Oct and Nov. I don't know where this would realistically ever happen due to the rapid transitions between seasons.
Here goes:
(Low / High / Precip / Snow)
Jan 16 / 29 / 3.0 / 18
Feb 21 / 34 / 3.0 / 16
Mar 31 / 46 / 3.0 / 4
Apr 49 / 68 / 2.5
May 59 / 78 / 2.5
Jun 66 / 85 / 2.5
Jul 71 / 91 / 1.0 blazing sun, heat waves, dry
Aug 69 / 87 / 5.0 heat wave 1st two weeks, crazy thunderstorms and tropical storms late month
Sep 63 / 81 / 2.5
Oct 43 / 62 / 2.0
Nov 36 / 52 / 2.0
Dec 24 / 36 / 3.0 / 14
Also, just to make Patricius Maximus and ilovemycomputer happy, we are going to add some chilly winds to those January temps. Look for one or two subzero lows each winter. I know they are both going to throw me under the bus for the summer heatwaves, so i'll drive the wind chill temps down during winter cold spells to a range from 15 above to 25 below.
Hehe...you've got my number. The promise of those wind chills makes a good bait for the fish, in this case cold fish . I will say that you did a good job in the four seasons department. This climate is rather reminiscent of North Korea, with the cold windy winters, and the hot nights during summer, although there are numerous differences. It doesn't look too unrealistic to me, provided it's situated in the interior of a continent.
I give your climate a C. The summers are unremittingly awful. Springs and autumns are overall too warm but the parts that are closer to winter are okay (March especially isn't too bad, similar to many parts of the Midwest). Winters are too warm for my taste but decent, especially with the cold winds . It rains too often, but snowfall is good. I'd prefer more but 52 inches is quite acceptable. Precipitation is right where I like it (about 15-30 inches), and strangely enough is close to the figure from my dream climate. It gets its grade because of horrendous summers, decent winters, and other factors that add up to a slight positive effect.
I like this one better than your previous climate, as most people will find some weather that suits them at some point during the year.
Bleh. Winter's too cold, but then summer's not too much fun either. I like that shoulder season is warm; but having more extreme seasons ends up giving me less weather I can enjoy fully.
Tropical storms are interesting, but I'm not sure I want that kinda excitement. Losing power for 4 days straight last year was enough.
I gave a B to Mount Washington. I'd rather be there than in the lowlands, excluding some of the climates of northern New England.

It seems somewhat similar to the 3 different versions of 4 seasons climates I came up with recently.
I should put those 3 versions of that up soon. I even applied those wikipedia weather data charts for them. All 3 have noticeable distinctions from each other to show how there are different types of 4 seasons climates that exist.
I give your version a B/B-. There are plenty of aspects I like about it.
However, what happens in Mid to Late August brings the grade down and that is my least favorite thing about it. I prefer zero tropical storms, very few annual thunderstorms (such as just 5 to 7 annual thunderstorms) since I like my rain peaceful with no deadly lightning most of the time, and August mostly sunny/dry.
Also, I prefer more precipitation from October to May, slightly warmer March, and slightly more mild weather time periods in the year.
Winters are sufficiently cold and snowy, but the summers are too hot. I do love the icy arctic winds you threw in though. The transition in spring is fairly quick, but the fall season looks fairly long. Outside of summer, it's not too bad.
