MA, CT, and RI have acceptable climates and so does southern England. I'll give a slight edge to New England as it's more interesting and the area close to NYC is pretty good climate-wise but it's really close.
New England for me, the southern part has a good climate in general, but could use a faster spring warmup and a few more mild winter days. The uk is really meh, very dull, and with unreliable summers throughout. Accidentally voted UK.
Tough choice. I like England's mild temperatures, New England will be too cold in winter, and too hot in summer. At least though it is sunnier and has more thunderstorms. I call it even.
England has some nice climates but I do prefer many of the New England climates for being more seasonal and having more "weather" like thunderstorms & snow.
New England by a long shot for having warmer summers, colder winters, more snow, more thunderstorms (outside of Maine at least), and more sunshine. The only real problem with New England is the slow spring warmup, but England isn't really any better.
DEFINITELY the UK because of the vastly superior winters.
