I think I'll give this a C- .. it's sunnier than Victoria, BC by several hundred hours plus warmer in the summer and I give it a D+ so I have to give this one notch above that.

At first I thought the sun hours were the precipitation averages.
D+ if no thunderstorms.
C+ if at least 10 thunderstorms per year. Doesn't look like it gets many though...
Also, I'm not really a fan of halfway winters (like the PNW has). I'd like it either averaging below 0C for at least 3 months or averaging at least 10C at a minimum.

London gets around 16 thunderstorms per year.
