A whopping 11 hours for December. Sooner than I realize it'll be spring filled with long sunny days so I'm enjoying the cloudiness for now.

5.2 h. Today was the 8th consecutive sunless day, so the current cloudy spell beats mid-November, which had only 7 consecutive days without sunshine.

9.6 hours here, with seven of the last nine days being sunless. A place called Bala in North Wales (which may well have an obstructed horizon) is only on 1.1 hours after ten days of the month. Unfortunately I know no way of finding out what it had in the last week or two of December but it certainly won't have been much!

11.1 hours

Not likely to be the dullest in the last 10 years, the total figure needs to come in below 14 for that to happen.

^^^ What is the dullest month ever recorded at you guys' respective locations?

MTD in Nice: 65.7 hours = 4.7 hours/day. Slightly cloudier than normal.

Heathrow Dec 2010 had 18.5 hours. The 2010/11 winter was the dullest on record at that station.
