I'm surprised to hear you choose a place for drier conditions. I guess we all have our limits.

I'll pick Tofino for the same reason; I'd like a break for all the rain and cloud at some point. Tofino should have some nice winter storm and wave watching.

I think I'd pick whichever one had the most sunshine (and an overall measure of whichever had less duration of time/days when it's rainy, cloudy, or drizzly) which is what this decision would come down to (both climates' stats in other regards are not great and pretty closely matched, being too wet and similarly too cool and summer-less for my tastes).

If the Southern ocean makes Puerto Aisén more miserable, then I pick Tofino, but otherwise it's Puerto Aisén.
