Banjul - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Ticks all the boxes for me. Warm winter days with slightly fresh nights, hot spring, both with abundant sunshine; and a intense, yet relatively short monsoon, with warm, moist conditions and which stays appreciably sunny.

A+

though the record lows are slightly too cold for my liking.

Hmm...This is better than I expected, after seeing other hellish West African climates. Nevertheless, this climate has no winter, and is (too) hot year-round. The humidity during the wet season is horrible; the only saving grace compared to some other climates is that it isn't humid in the dry season. My grade is a resounding F.

I am genuinely curious about whether there's one climate that I would rate A without you giving it a F, or vice versa

Interesting. Come to think of it, I doubt that there is a climate like that. Unless you don't give an F to climates that remain in the 60's year-round, I don't think there is any exception.

A little too hot year-round, a rather too-long dry season, but very comfortable winters, fun monsoonal summers, so an A- from me.

D - must get the tail end of the cold South Atlantic current from Namibia, to get a tolerable dry season.
