Definitely, if I'm not doing too much(being lazy) or I'm sick then I tend to like warmer weather. On the opposite if I'm a little more active and feeling good then I tend to favor cooler conditions. I feel like a lot of people have similar feelings towards weather if they are wavering, I tend to at times.
Also, acclimatization tends to play a major part during the summer and winter months. After a day of cold weather I tend to adjust and can deal with it while the first day of hot weather isn't too bad but it can wear thin after that first day.
I have conflicting interests regarding summer humidity/lows. I love swimming in balmy lake/ocean waters on warm humid days but otherwise despise lows above 68F and Dewpoints above 60F. I also love snow but also love playing golf year round Lol, you can see the problems this would create.
^^ Tropical island highland city, not far from the beach, you get both lukewarm waters and cool highland city with them being not to far off. Just like Bandung/Lembang or Kaliurang
