C- Overall it is inoffensive, and with good sunshine.

However I don't like the growing conditions, it wouldn't be a great gardening climate at all.

C+ Temperatures are nice but it lacks some seasonality. Sunshine hours are OK, but the rain pattern is the reverse of what I usually like. I prefer more rain in the winter. Anyway, it gains points for the absolute lack of uncomfortably hot weather.

A solid B, like most temperate highland areas. I will say I like this much more than many ( though not all ) of the big Andean cities. The warmer temperates makes in better than La Paz, high sunshine makes it better than Quito.

D. Good temperatures, but the dry season would make me insane.

Boring, but at least it's in a comfortable temperature range unlike tropical or arctic climates.

E. Eternally unexciting. Decent sunshine amounts and occasional sub-freezing lows and occasional over 25C days save it from an F.

D. Here's why:

1- Anemic temperatures. 50s and 60s for highs all year, which sounds comfortable, but BORING!
2- Dry season.
3- Sunlight hours are too much.

C+. It's too cold year-round and especially in summer, and the dry season is too long. There is a little too much sunshine.
