Chicago is way too cold in the winter and too hot and humid in the summer. Houston looks like it has nice writers but summers are even hotter, longer, and even more humid. Both climates get an F from me, but I guess I'll pick Houston because of the pleasant winters (and, yay for air conditioning).
Houston even though it get's a little to hot for my likeing in the summer. it's milder winters make it beat chicago. as you all know I find houston's winters much to cold for my likeing but it's the lesser of the 2 evil's.
