Though the winter temps are pretty wimpy, the cloud cover, winter rain and the mercifully short summer makes it a B.

C+. Summers are too warm, but not terribly, and winters could stand to be a bit cooler, but they're still acceptable. It actually looks sort of like a warmer, dryer version of my climate, but with the rain dispersed more evenly throughout the year.

Summers a little too warm, but overall not bad.

Not bad. A bit too cloudy. I'll give it a B.

D. A little warmer and sunnier version of Paris. No thanks.

Does Toulouse have a humid subtropical climate? I don't think so...

Solid A. I like the temperatures, rainfall distribution, and good chance of snow each winter without the extreme cold. Also record highs in winter show there are good warm spells as well. Summers also get some rain but not enough to become oppressively humid like in tropical climates. I'm guessing good thunderstorms?

B-. Winter lows are nearly identical to where I live, but the record lows imply it can receive some snow. Unfortunately, there's not enough sunshine or rain.

Not too bad. I'd say a C-. I don't like the low rainfall though. Summer temps nice, though a little cool at night. Winter temps seem mild/coolish, and I like that kind of winter.
