Interesting

Can you do one for Yarmouth, NS? I'd like to see how "Mediterranean" it would be in your scenario. Or better yet Sable Island, NS

Flipping continents is fun. I love your climate speculation.

I've always wondered what the climate of Vancouver and Vancouver Island would be like if they sat off the coast of Oregon rather than B.C. If Victoria was around 42 latitude instead of 48, for example. I think the Straight of Georgia would get a lot warmer and that would affect weather significantly. Spring and fall would be a lot warmer, summer nights would be muggier, there would be close to nil precipitation in July and August and winters would be at least 6C warmer. It would be a pretty ideal climate actually (for me).
