With those numbers each 24 hour day would receive about 5 to 5.5 hours of sunshine. Since the sun never sets in this scenario that would be about 21-23% of the day receiving sun. Also, the precipitation here looks like it'd be entirely convective.

Perfect temperatures, but too much rain (I mean I love rain but a little sun now and then doesn't hurt), and I'd actually like some variation in seasons. So I would say D.

Far too wet on top of being seasonless. Very boring climate, though temperatures are ok.
