I also love your map and climates. It reminds me of P London who had even more made up climates, but his map was a bit strange.

For these climates I find Technic City to be the best. It has summers not too hot and winters not too cold.

Here is my first dream country attempt. It's a large island (size of Madagascar) from about 52 °N to 28 °N and is located to the south of a larger continent.
A north-south mountain range divides the island and creates a sharp contrast between east and west coast type climates. The southeastern peninsula has a warm subtropical climate and a large desert is located in the southwest. I'll come up later with more detailed climate data for the cities when I have more time...
