December 19, usually sunny and hot, the average temp is about 30C and it hasn't rained on my birthday since 2001. Not generally an interesting day weatherwise, don't mind the temps but would like a higher chance of rainfall.

20°C/7°C, 18th October. Fog in the morning, otherwise sunny. Nice, I rate it a B. I didn't know it got to 25°C a few days later, quite warm for late October.

July 28th here, my birthday's on one of the hottest days of the year usually average high 84 F and average low 61 F. The hottest average temperatures here are 84 F for a high and 62 F for a low, so it's only off by 1 degree for low temperature.

2011: 20.8/11.3 - 11 hours of sun
2010: 21.1/13.0 - 9 hours of sun
2009: 20.8/10.4 - 0.3mm of rain
2008: 18.1/9.9
2007: 19.9/12.1

So my birthday's have been dry recently, mild and somewhat sunny by UK standards.

I rate 2011 as a B+, 2010 as an A, 2009 as a B+, 2008 s a B and 2007 as a B

February 16th is usually sunny and dry here and in the mid-upper 70s for highs, though a "cold snap" may bring it down to the low 60s for highs and 30s/40s for lows. I rate it a D- for being far too warm for February.

March 28, gets an A for that time of the year - late March.
Temps are usually in the mid-20's Celsius, but the real heat of summer is gone and nights are just starting to cool down. Water temps are often at their peak, so all in all, a great time of the year.
Quite often there is a significant, in fact the first notable, Southerly change just in time for the big day, which makes it a even more welcome time of the year.
One year I remember it being 35C the day before my birthday, and thank God that a Southerly Buster came to the rescue for the next day.
Historically it was 24C and mild-warm and sunny in Sydney on the date and year I was born.

End of July, probably cloudy or drizzly and 50-65F. Not the greatest, but not bad. B-. Much better than back home, where it was always high 90s or 100+. F!

I rate it a B because it falls on February. While cold and dark, it's not the snowiest month, so I give it a B. Back home in Texas, it was still a B, because even though it was during a cold month, February could still get warm.

In Denver,CO the avg is 42/18F, while the record is 66/-4F
In McAllen, TX the avg is 73/52F, while the record is 90/30F

September 6th - Average high is 76 F/24 C, low 54 F/12 C. Based on averages alone, I'll give it a B. This time of year we often finally see some relief from summer, but it could easily still be uncomfortably warm.

Here are the last five years:

2012: For some reason the data only goes up to 1PM, but at that point the high/low was 75 F/60 F. Probably upper 70s to around 80 F that day.
2011: Rain (1.97 in) 63 F/60 F
2010: Sunny 78 F/42 F
2009: Sunny 75 F/57 F
2008: Rain (2.81 in) 75 F/69 F
