Mid-September; our warmest time of the year. Usually dry heat but can get a humid spell. Great beach weather most of the time . I give it an A

D, sucks. It is meant to be in summer, but is generally always 14-17 degrees, raining, overcast, windy or some combination.

A few of my friends have it in May and June, and the weather is usually always fair! Think the best time of year to have a birthday is in May or early June as the weather is nice and you've got the rest of summer right in front of you...
Dude, think... At least you've got it in summer, and there's a good chance the weather will be beach weather... My birthday is poor with the January blues!

Mines is in mid May and it is almost always boring morning marine layer and sunny skies for the rest of the day, except in 2010 and 2011 had a little light rain.

November 11, always cool and rainy. In fact, usually very rainy. The temperatures in Portland on that day are perfect. A high in the 50s and a low around 40 is a perfect early/mid November day to me. My only complaint is how frequently it rains. Ideally it would only rain 30% of the time on that day, whereas where I live it's more than twice that.

I actually do like having a cold season birthday. It breaks up the monotony.
