E. My birthday (in late August) is usually anomalously cold or wet/cloudy. I don't remember a single warm one, except the one in Spain in 2016.

December 14th, it can be sunny and 84F, it can also be cloudy and 58F. Even though highs might be in the 80s, overnight temps are only in the upper 30s and low 40s. It's a coastal city at 34N.

Denver area, 5/2, average 18/3, record 31/-8.

Much more likely than the average day to be cloudy or rainy, and can sometimes see snow. I generally really like the spring weather where I live, sadly it doesn't last long compared to a normal 4-season climate.

(By the way, my climate falls into Dza rather than Cza for 2022 - the February average came out to -0.3ºC.)

Rating the weather on the 29th of February:
In Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, I rate the weather a B- Why did I vote a C?

Temperature: Warmer than ideal. Cool the temperature at day and night by 2.5ºC [4.5ºF] and 1.5ºC [2.7ºF] respectively.
Cloud Cover: Ideal. Mostly clear is great in summer.
Rainfall: A little lower than ideal. Increase rainfall by approximately 40 mm [1.57 inches].
Dew Point: Slightly humid is good in summer. Enough moisture to keep my skin not dry, but the moisture isn't overwhelming.
Wind: Less than ideal. To keep the humidity more tolerable, double the windspeed to 20 km/h [12.43 miles/h]
