The fall foliage season has almost "run out of calendar" by this point. It's not too long until Spring blooming begins. However, I'm sure that since 2-4 months are left before Spring, and given London's seasonal lag, I'm sure that all of the trees will go bare eventually (the ones that normally go bare, anyway).
There are probably some trees here that have leaves on them but I haven't noticed, even in November 2010, which was cold, some trees had some leaves into December, and there is photo evidence.
That being said, what little leaves are left, will definitely go before December is out.

London doesn't really have a seasonal lag. Most years as soon as the end of February spring has arrived literally.

My dear spring blooming does not begin until halfway through April.
Do you even know what you are talking about? Some places in the UK can have flowers blooming in January.
