Seems to be going back and forth here between mostly cloudy and partly cloudy. Either way, beautiful day.

Beautiful day here today as well: completely clear until about 3-4pm and then hazy sunshine, low of 9 and high of 20C The cold and the gloom can wait until pleasant warm days like this are no longer possible - most of this month so far has been great.

Probably for the frost hollows mind you.. but we fell to 2.6c in August, dew points were too high for frost though. Dews need to be below freezing, if they are, then ground frost will form even at 4c

I think I can now say that the hot weather is officially gone from NJ until next year. I think September 7th and 8th was summer's last stand. Don't see it being 90 or close to 90 anymore. 80's are still possible of course, maybe even likely, but any future 80 degree days would now be dry "heat" days and not gross humid ones, which would make them much more tolerable. Not this week though! Upper 60s to mid 70s for highs and low 40s to upper 50s for lows. Great weather!

I don't care what he said. I am with myself. I am not predicting a big freeze or anything. I repeat: I said SLIGHTLY colder than average, overall.

I have made a personal prediction that it will be a colder than average season, not "snowmaggeddon" or "big freeze" or any of that bullcrap, just a colder than average season, with the main cold being in January. Nothing unusual, record breaking or serious.

Also, according to my forecast, it won't be a snowy winter. A very dry winter. Possibly in the top 5 driest. January very very much a high pressure month with record lack of rain. Just wait and see.

Uh, I'm just saying he says the same thing frequently and nothing ever occurs.
