Anyone who hates the cold must be anorexic and grossly underweight.

I did hate the cold more when I was underweight. Though I wasn't anorexic.

Are you 3 years old?

People who hate the cold come in all shapes and sizes, including some fat people. I can physically tolerate cold but I hate it because it feels crap to me.

Also "anorexia" is a mental condition not a body type/size. I am pretty thin, genetically, but eat over 3000 calories a day so that would hardly make me "anorexic". No worse than me saying "People who hate the heat must be grossly obese" which I know as fact has offended people on here before. So we can do without the rude and childish comments thank you.

Once I joked about fat people getting too hot and everyone was up in arms about it getting all offended so I will exercise my right to be offended when someone says all people who hate cold must be anorexic.

It was a joke. I guess the silly icon didn't make that clear. It was a tongue-in-cheek comment since anytime this topic comes up, heat haters are assumed to be overweight and not exercise. Lighten up.

I don't think anyone said that. I said that body type and temperature preferences isn't directly related because it has more to do with your metabolic rate as to whether you feel cold or hot. I know fat people who hate the cold. Muscular people often hate heat because they have fast metabolisms. I have a fast metabolism but I just prefer warmth and not cold. I don't know if I'd hate living in heat all day long but I've experienced it up to 50°C (whatever that is is fahrenheit) and it wasn't too bad.

Yeah it wasn't you who said it. Mr. Marbles has insinuated it a couple of times. I agree that metabolism plays an important role.

But it would only work cuz we've been outside all summer long as it is.
Not true. I lived in Miami for six years and I never acclimated to that heat and humidity.

I'm with the OP, I much prefer the cold. It's easier for me to warm up than it is to cool down.

Nonetheless, while I do not understand them, some people like hot and that's ok.
