B+ to A-, plus points for cool minimums in summer, nice transition months, but loses points for minimums too low in winter - the elevation is very significant to this climate.

I don't have anything authoritative, but claims of near 76% are probably not too far off, with Albuquerque at 76% and Roswell at 74%.
