2013 was a crappy year here. Temps weren't too out of whack, but rain was just pitiful at less than 25% of the yearly average.

I rate it a C-.

Can barely see outside of Mar thru Jun, but would be an F, which I automatically assign to most Californian Csa climates, nevertheless.

Too dry, probably too sunny and the highs in summer are too warm. F

I give it a C-/D+.
BTW- I think the first half of 2014 will be far drier than the first half of 2013. At least January through March of 2013 got SOME rain. Two other anomalies (besides the drought) for the year 2013: 1) the most rainfall on a single day came in September which produced roughly 3 times as much rain than is normally seen in the entire month. 2) June got measurable rain which we normally don't see at all.

I give it a B. Cooler winter and summer highs with rain in spring and freezing lows in winter would be desired.

My worst nightmare summer, cold nights and no rain.

Probably B- as the nights look quite cold all year.

Looks like B+ - should be very sunny, rainfall delightfully low, winters a bit cool otherwise would get an easy A.
