How many days would you say the weather is good in your town? Somewhat sunny (or at least not raining), mild temps, not too windy, etc...

I would estimate as follows:

Jan-- 3
Feb-- 3
Mar-- 8
Apr-- 16
May-- 25
Jun-- 15
Jul-- 7
Aug-- 9
Sep-- 20
Oct-- 22
Nov-- 12
Dec-- 3

Total: 143 out of 365

39.2% nice days

Is your town better or worse? I would like to see this as a weather statistic... Number of Nice Days per Year.

March:4
April: 17
May: 22
June: 28
July:28
August: 23

Any day it doesn't rain is a good one. Cold great. Snow great. Mild great. Sun great. Heat great. Clouds fine. Rain

I probably should have put more days each month (except dec, jan and feb, they are fine like they are) cause my estimate of good weather in this city is about 60% a year.
I fall short on april, definetely, and probably may, august and september will need to have more nice days. Also october.
Oh, and June and July have to have ALL of their days of good weather. I mean, even if its raining it could be a good June/July day.

Every day between October and April is good to me, even if it is unseasonably warm, it is still comfortable and unlikely to be hot. 95% of days between May and September are good too, bar the odd hot day that is uncomfortable.

But if I had to make a rough estimate...

January - 31
February - 28
March - 31
April - 30
May - 29
June - 28
July - 27
August - 27
September - 28
October - 31
November - 30
December - 31

Which would mean 96% of days in any ordinary year are good to me, and I can genuinely say I am very happy most of the time.

January 0
February 0
March 0
April 0
May 1
June 2
July 3
August 2
September 1
October 0
November 0
December 0

About right based on the averages. 2.5% nice days.

As a really rough estimate, I would say about 70% or about 255 days across the calendar year I would consider nice days. Indifferent days would be around 25% and I would say only about 5% are unpleasant or bad enough to want to be elsewhere.

- Summertime (Dec, Jan, Feb) would be around 60% as this is our wet, hot and humid season.
- Autumntime (Mar, Apr, May) is an improvement over summer as temperatures drop and sunshine inceases - therefore around 70%
- Winter (Jun, Jul, Aug) is a mixed bag. June would be the least pleasant month of the year as temps can drop into the unpleasant zone. However July and August can see some nice days. As an estimate, about 65% are nice
- Spring (Sep, Oct, Nov) is the best time of year here. Optimal temperatures and high sunshine. Around 90% are nice

January - 31

April - 30
May - 25
June - 10
July - 3
August - 3
September - 15

This is a very rough estimate and can vary from year to year, especially June through September. But I guess approximately 73% of the days are satisfactory for me.

Once in a blue moon there might be a hot day in October, by October standards anyway(like the 28C we had last year), but that's record breaking so is virtually nonexistent.

The heat (80+ degrees) and humidity starts in March and doesn't really let up until after Christmas, so there's only two months where my A/C isn't running at all during the day. January and February are pretty much it.

16% of the year is decent.
