The 1200 metres of elevation makes this almost subtropical rainforest, as opposed to true tropical.
Still slightly on the warm side, especially with minimums, and rainfall consistently high for the majority of the year, with only 5 months with under 100mm of rain.
Like the fact that the record high is only 33C (91F).
Would give it a B, needs about 3-400 metres more of elevation to go into the A category, and give it that eternal spring feel for an equatorial highland climate.
