I guess this forum really is dominated by cold weather lovers... look at the amount of Fs... us warm weather lovers are in the minority...
I'm a warm lover and I have to give this a D. Love the sunshine and lack of cold, but it's just too much of a good thing. The year-round heat of this place is almost as bad as Mecca. The annual mean of 29 C is one of the highest I've seen. Not to mention dewpoints in the mid-20s C all year long. This place is for die-hard heat lovers only, not wimps like me.
It's overly hot and arid, also it's too sunny, which is of extra annoyance in a place close to the equator. It doesn't look totally intolerable to me though.
Let's see....solar powered car, solar oven, solar powered house, Sweeping the yard instead of mowing, Xerascape gardens, with plenty of cactus, sand-blasting winds, big hats and sunglasses 24-7, looking like George Hamilton year round. Little too extreme for me.
Temperatures would be alright if it rained. Summer is horrible and too humid, yet too dry. Overall, summer is too hot and dry in proportion to its temperatures. Southern PR on steroids, and I hate the place, weather-wise. Only lifelong inhabitants of cold, moldy oceanic climates would find interest in this place and even then there's a few that broke ranks
