I'm afraid I'll give it an automatic F. There's nothing redeemable in this climate. The most terrible thing is the lows.

True it is a little too warm for too long, but I think I could get used to it far better than a never ending cold place.

Toronto has only 2 weeks with this kind of temperatures and I wish it's year round like this as I love to spend an hour or so everyday at the beach in warm water.
Toronto is the warmest big city East of the Rockies, I don't have to shovel snow that much (I didn't lift a shovel once last winter) but I hate to winterize everything every winter, it's a lot of work !
