I didn't know about snowfall in Moscow, although it was pretty snowy day in Balakovo. Here today's picture of first snowfall from my window

Looks like Fox carrying the story too now. Maybe they are finally realizing the world isnt just "warming" all the time. Then again... it will take more than just 1 story to see if they are actually waking up.

Exactly. Cambium is projecting his bias everywhere. I don't follow the mainstream media much, but it seems to talk about cold waves when they happen. IIRC, Eastern Europe's cold winter earlier this year got a lot of headlines.
